How do i check my order status?

The status of your order is updated regularly. the order status represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse.

To find your order status, visit the order history page of the “my account” section. Here you will find detailed information about current and past orders. once your order is shipped, your tracking number(s) will be displayed when available.

We will also keep you up to date on the status of your order by email.

How do I cancel my order?

Because we strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or change an order once placed as processing begins immediately. Send us an email with your order number to and as soon as possible in order to help you.

Sales Tax

We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift cards or e-gift cards. however, items paid for with gift cards or e-gift cards will be charged applicable sales tax.

What is your return policy?

Products must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached. Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returns on sale merchandise must be made within 14 days of purchase. Surprise sale, select promotions, and select items that are considered final sale merchandise cannot be returned online or in our shops. We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped on business days only. business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the united states.

Domestically, it usually takes 3-6 business days for ground delivery once the item is shipped. for white glove delivery please allow 1-2 weeks to process before being contacted to schedule delivery.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Please note that gifting charges are non-refundable. Gift cards / E-Gift cards will be refunded as the first method of payment at checkout where you can introduce the gift card or e-gift card coupon code that you received from us.
